Having spent considerable time in Vancouver as a property manager as well as in commercial sales as an assistant to a very busy team of commercial agents, Paula has settled back on the Island to continue her career in the residential real estate side of things.

Kevin Wensley

After a distinguished career that began in 1979, Kevin Wensley is now retired from active real estate sales—but he remains an unlicensed assistant, continuing to offer behind-the-scenes support where needed. Known for his upbeat energy and straightforward style, Kevin brings both professionalism and genuine care to every client interaction.
Over the years, Kevin earned a reputation for excellence in marketing and selling homes, townhomes, condominiums, new builds, and subdivisions. With a strong family legacy in the industry and deep ties to Southern Vancouver Island, his insights and experience are still appreciated by those fortunate enough to work with him. A lifelong Vancouver Island resident, Kevin graduated from Lambrick Park Secondary in 1978. He enjoys fishing, hockey, gardening, swimming, and golf. He and his wife Cidalia live on the Saanich Peninsula, where they enjoy a close-knit family life with their extended family and friends.
Kevin has easily transitioned from front line real estate duty to consultant, advisor and administration duties where needed by the Wensley Group.
Wendy Dewey
Upon calling The Wensley Group, you may be greeted by their very competent and professional assistant, Wendy Dewey, who has been a vital part of the team since November 1999. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two adult children. A true enthusiast of classic cars, they are a proud member of a Classic Car Club and can often be found cruising in their 1929 Model A Ford Roadster. When not enjoying the open road, Wendy and her family love to travel.
